How to Practice

  1. Step your feet wide and turn one foot out 90 degrees.

  2. Bend your front knee over the ankle, keeping your back leg strong.

  3. Extend your arms out at shoulder height & gaze over your front hand.

  4. Feel your strength, focus, and intention.
