How to Practice

 

  1. Kneel on your mat with knees hip-width apart

  2. Reach for your heels or place your hands on your lower back as a modification

  3. Lift through the chest and broaden across the collarbones

  4. Keep your hips aligned over your knees

  5. Hold for 5 breaths and gently release
