Reaching forward with intention
This grounding yet expansive posture reflects the energy of desire in motion. Just like a wolf stepping forward with focus and awareness, low lunge reminds us that moving toward what we want often begins with one intentional step.

How to Practice
1. From Downward Dog, step right foot forward between your hands.
2. Lower your back knee to the mat and untuck your toes.
3. Inhale and lift your arms overhead, reaching through the fingertips.
4. Draw your tailbone down, lift your heart and breathe deeply.
5. Hold for 5 to 8 breaths, then switch sides.
💖 Benefits
Opens hips and chest, stretches hip flexors and strengthens legs, opens the chest, and encourages openness, courage and forward movement.
