Transform mindfulness into meaningful movement—one small practice at a time.
This month, as we observe Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m inspired by it's theme,"Turn Awareness into Action". It’s a good reminder that even the smallest habits (like taking a few deep breaths) can make a meaningful difference in how we feel, move and show up in the world.

Theme of the Month: Practice (Abhyasa)
In yoga philosophy, we call this dedicated action, Abhyasa—the Sanskrit word for consistent, dedicated practice. Whether you're meditating for 5 minutes a day or committing to showing up for yourself in new ways, Abhyasa is about turning insight into effort. It’s not about perfection. It’s about practice.
This month, I invite you to turn your awareness inward and take one simple action that supports your mental, emotional, or physical wellbeing.
