The 4-Week Wellness Reset is a live, guided program designed to help you feel stronger, more energized and more balanced by building simple, healthy routines that support everyday life.

Over four weeks, we will focus on healthy eating, exercise, stress management, and mindset in a practical, supportive format. Each week builds on the last, creating routines that last beyond the program.

By the end of the program, you will have healthy eating and exercise routines you can carry forward plus simple tools you can use to stay on track as life gets busy.​​​

A Whole-Person Approach to Wellness

 

The Wellness Reset addresses movement, nutrition, stress, and mindset together. These areas are deeply connected, and working on them in combination creates stronger, longer-lasting results.

 

Each week reinforces habits that support overall health, energy, and well-being, allowing progress to build naturally over time.

What Each Week Includes

Each week, you will participate in a live 60-minute Zoom session that includes:

  • A guided workout blending light cardio, strength, yoga-based movement, and a short meditation

  • Clear, practical guidance around healthier eating, movement, and stress management

  • One focused habit to practice during the week, designed to be realistic and repeatable

  • Handouts to support consistency and follow-through

 

Replays are available if you cannot attend live.

How the 4 Weeks Unfold

Each week includes movement, nutrition guidance, stress management tools, and habit support, with a different primary focus.

Week 1: Nutrition and Energy Reset

The first week focuses on how food and hydration affect your energy, focus, and mood.

You will learn simple ways to:

  • Build balanced meals that support steady energy

  • Improve hydration habits

  • Use light tracking to notice patterns and create awareness

 

Movement focuses on accessible strength and gentle cardio to help you feel grounded and energized.

Week 3: Strength and Mindset

This week builds physical strength while reinforcing consistency and follow-through.

You will work on:

  • Strengthening the body in a sustainable way

  • Noticing thought patterns that influence motivation

  • Reinforcing habits that support confidence and momentum

 

Movement includes strength-based exercises paired with yoga-based mobility and a brief mindfulness practice.

Week 2: Stress and Nervous System Support

Week two explores how stress shows up in the body and how it influences sleep, energy, and eating patterns.

You will explore:
• Practical tools to calm the nervous system
• Simple sleep and recovery practices
• Techniques to interrupt stress during daily life

Movement blends strength, mobility, breath-focused work, and a short guided meditation.

Week 4: Integration and Momentum

The final week brings everything together and helps you identify what is working best for you.

You will:

  • Reflect on patterns, progress, and insights

  • Identify routines you want to continue

  • Learn simple strategies to maintain momentum beyond the program

 

Movement supports recovery, integration, and intention-setting moving forward.

Using Tracking as a Supportive Tool

During the program, you are encouraged to use simple tracking to support routines around food, movement, hydration, and other wellness practices. Tracking is used for awareness and insight, helping you notice patterns and understand how habits affect how you feel.

You choose what to track and how to track it, using a method that feels manageable and supportive.

Many people find this approach builds clarity, motivation, and confidence over time.
