The 4-Week Wellness Reset is a live, guided program designed to help you feel stronger, more energized and more focused by building simple, healthy routines that support everyday life.

Over four weeks, we will focus on healthy eating, exercise, stress management, and mindset in a practical, supportive format. Each week builds on the last, creating routines that last beyond the program.

By the end of the 4 weeks, you will have healthy eating and exercise routines, plus simple tools you can use to stay on track as life gets busy.​​​

A Whole-Person Approach to Wellness

 

The Wellness Reset addresses movement, nutrition, stress, and mindset together. These areas are deeply connected, and working on them in combination creates stronger, longer-lasting results.

What Each Week Includes

Each week we meet live on Zoom for a 60-minute Zoom session that includes:

  • A guided workout blending light cardio, strength, yoga-based movement, and a short meditation

  • Practical guidance around healthier eating, movement, and stress management

  • One focused habit to practice during the week, designed to be realistic and repeatable

  • Handouts and simple tools to support follow-through between sessions

  • Recipes and meal ideas to support healthy eating

How the 4 Weeks Unfold

Each week focuses on one key area while continuing to build healthy routines around food, exercise, and daily habits.

Week 1: Reset Your Eating

The first week focuses on improving eating habits and hydration to support steady energy.

You will learn simple ways to:

  • Build balanced meals 

  • Improve hydration habits

  • Notice patterns through simple food awareness and tracking

Week 3: Strength and Mindset

This week builds physical strength while reinforcing the mindset that supports consistency.

You will:

  • Continue building physical strength

  • Noticie thought patterns that influence motivation

  • Reinforce habits that help you stay consistent

Week 2: Exercise with Intention

Week two focuses on building a consistent and sustainable exercise routine.

You will work on:

• Establishing a simple weekly exercise rhythm
• Improving strength and mobility
• Learning how to stay consistent even during busy weeks​​​

Week 4: Integration and Momentum

The final week helps you carry these habits forward beyond the program.

You will:

  • Identify routines that work best for you

  • Create a simple plan to maintain momentum

  • Learn how small daily habits build lasting change

Using Tracking as a Supportive Tool

During the program, you are encouraged to use simple tracking to support routines around food, movement, hydration, and other wellness practices. Tracking is used for awareness and insight, helping you notice patterns and understand how habits affect how you feel.

You choose what to track and how to track it, using a method that feels manageable and supportive.

Many people find this approach builds clarity, motivation and confidence over time.
