Where is the retreat?
Eastover Estate holistic retreat center is located at 430 East Street, Lenox, MA 01240. It's close to downtown Lenox, Tanglewood Music Center, Kripalu Center, and other cultural venues in the Berkshire Mountains. It’s about 2 ½ hour drive from the Merrimack Valley.


What are the accommodations like?
The accommodations are simple, clean, and cozy. Each room has its own private bathroom. See photos below of some of the rooms.



What should I bring on retreat?
Clothing

Do I have to do everything listed on the itinerary?
No, the agenda provides optional activities. Yoga, meditation, excursions, hiking, and workshops are all available to you and included in the cost of the retreat but are not mandatory! This retreat is for you. Choose your own adventure. Only participate in the activities that suit you.

Can you accommodate food allergies, or dietary restrictions or preferences?
Absolutely, our commitment is to offer meals that are both flavorful and nourishing, customized to meet your specific preferences and requirements. Emphasizing seasonal ingredients, our menu boasts an array of options including gluten-free and vegetarian choices at every meal, alongside delectable selections like chicken, fish, and meat. If you have any further dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know.

Is there WiFi and cell service?
Yes, depending on your cell service, there may be areas where you will have limited services.

Can I drink alcohol?
While our wellness retreat doesn’t include alcohol, wine will be available for purchase during dinner.
I’m traveling by myself, are other people in groups or by themselves too?
Yes, we love solo travelers and expect several participants to come alone. We can match you with a roommate if you would like to share a room.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your deposit reserves your room and space in the retreat. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat. Your payment, minus the $250 nonrefundable deposit, is refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
